Paid for advertisments
Meaning of '1 Month'
For calculation purposes 1 month shall be 1 ( one) calender month from the first date of inclusion on the Your Philippines website after being checked for suitablity, content etc . The advertisemnt will 'go live' on the website as soon as the payment process has been completed. We will be notified automatically that a new advertsiement has been placed. We will then check for suitablity etc in relation to our terms and conditions. Should we find any problems with the advertisement we will suspend the advertisemnt and contact the advertiser immediatley with our concerns, observations etc. Subject to satisafctory updating of the advertisemnt, we will then reiinstate the advertisement as live on our website, and notify the advertiser accordingly The contracted period of inclusion will only start on the date the advertsiemnet has been checked and updated to comply with our terms and conditions if applicable.
Advertisers will be notified approximatley 7days before the termination of the advertising period paid for the advertisment period to be extended if desired. If no notification is recieved by our office before the termination date , then the advertisment will be withdrawn but kept on file for a period of 1 month.
Payment
All advertisments must be paid for in advance through the Paypal facility on the booking form.
ALL payments must be through the recognised PAYPAL system as shown on our website. Any payment by any other method must be first approved by Mr Malcolm Ford ,verbally and confirmed by email or in writing.
NO PAYMENT MUST BE PAID TO ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF THE COMPANY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AND VERBAL AUTHORITY FROM MR MALCOM FORD. (PROPRIETOR).
Only 1 business at 1 business address is allowed per advertsiment , unless agreed otherwise by Your Philippines proprietor Mr Malcolm Ford and confirmed by emailor in writing.All advertisments will be vetted for decency, accuracy etc before permanent publishing will be undertaken. ALL Advertisements must abide by our Terms and Conditions as follows :-
No pornographic material will be allowed.
No breaches of copyright ( either Text or Photographs)
No content that will make Your Philippines .co.uk liable to prosecution under Local , National or International law.
No material that is defamatory , racist or offensive.
No material that is known to be untrue , illigal , or promoting illigal acts or practices.
Your Philippines.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw or refuse inclusion of any advertisement that contravenes any of our Terms and Conditions or for any other reason we decide is applicable in order to maintain Your Philippines co uk's legal and moral reputation in any way.
If any advertisment is found to be in breach of our terms and conditions AFTER inclusion then NO REFUND of payments will be forthcoming to advertisers.
We reserve the right to amend , alter,or change these Terms and Conditions and our advertsing rates at any time.
Advertisers will be bound by our rates and Terms and Conditions which were applicable AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.
FREE PERSONAL / PRIVATE ADVERTISMENTS.
All advertisments forwarded to us for inclusion as a FREE Private / Personal Ad must abide by ALL of our 'Terms and Conditions' as listed above in addition to :-
No FREE AD shall be of a business nature.
No FREE AD will promote or solicit trade for any business other than in the description of the article for sale/ wanted.
Property or Land for Sale or Rental is strictly forbidden under the FREE ads section . No Real Estate Companies or their agents or employees can publise their business in the FREE ADS section.
ALL FREE ADS will be withdrawn after 1 month. Its the responsiblity of the advertiser to readvertise for a further month by completing another application form.
ANY FREE PERSONAL /PRIVATE AD FOUND TO BE IN BREACH OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND MAY RESULT IN THE ADVERTISER AND HIS CONTACT ADDRESS ETC BEING UNABLE TO ADVERTISE FOR FREE WITH US IN THE FUTURE.
