Getting Around BOHOL
Bohol is quiet enough to hire a car and explore around the island for yourself. Although if you employed a driver as well , then he doubles as a guide and there is so much to see and learn about Bohol that this could save you so much time and effort.
The usual taxis and motor - tricycles are available to take you from a to b.
If you want to see the famous toursts spots like the chocolate hills, Loboc river etc , it is a good idea to consider a purpose arranged tour on a coach , with proffessional guide provided . The tours generally take a full day and are quite tiring with the Chocolate hills in particular involving walking up 100's of steps to the fantastic view at the top. These tours will also include trips down the river , church visits etc etc. and are a great way to see some of Bohol.
