Although not a seaside location , you are never too far from the sea wherever you live in the Philippines.Subic Bay is only 90 minutes away by bus and will be closer in time when the eaxpressway opens soon.

There are a number of British builders actually constructing quality homes for sale as well as other foriegn nationalities involved in the housing market.
