There are a number of British builders actually constructing quality homes for sale as well as other foriegn nationalities involved in the housing market. Some of the developments are part of a leisure type complex with Golf course, health spa etc in the same gated communtiy

Most things you will need on a day to day basis are available in Angeles with a Shopping Mall having been opened in the recent times, but there are many different shopping opportunities besides shopping at the mall.

Food , Banking , Health and Schooling is not a problem in Angeles City and the infrastructure is as good as anywhere in the Philippines.
