Angeles City in Pampanga , which is approximatley 2 hours from Manila , is the nightlife capital of the Philippines , and as such is well served by hotels and resorts of all types and standards.

Angeles city is a 'never sleeps' city and as such care should be taken on the locality of hotels as you may find the noise from street traffic , bars etc until the early hours of the morning can interupt a good nights sleep, although I have yet to hear complaints as anyone who stays in Angeles usually are aware of the noise factor. In any case, most hotels that are located in the busier areas take precautions with the accommodation such as double glazed windows etc.
Some of the hotels will have pools. Some have nightlclubs attached. Most have 24 hour security and room service.
The most popular areas for hotels for customers that want to be close to the action' are Fields Avenue and Perimeter Road ( a very long road that run from Fields Avenue for some 3 miles or more with bars , clubs hotels, restaurants etc all along the left hand side of the road. These tend to be slightly cheaper bars and hotels accordingly, but NOT always).
